RunByCoffee does not host any private servers that store personal identification, gameplay statistics, or save data linked to your identity. Any game progress or settings are typically stored locally on your device.

3 Third-Party Services

While we do not collect your data ourselves, our games may utilize industry-standard tools and platforms to help us build, distribute, and improve our games. These third parties may collect data according to their own privacy standards, which are linked below where applicable.

4 Children's Privacy

Our games are designed to be compliant with platform standards (such as the Meta Quest age requirements). We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children.

5 Your Rights

Depending on your location (such as the EU/GDPR or California/CCPA), you have rights regarding your data, including the right to request access to or deletion of your data. See Section 6 below for how to submit a request.

6 Requesting Data Deletion

Since RunByCoffee does not store account data or gameplay data on our own servers, most data is stored locally on your device and can be removed at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its local storage.
